Study scholarship as a way to financial wisdom
03.11.2015In 2015 SEB Charity Fund issued 150 study scholarships to young people who do not have the support of a regular family, meaning that they live in a substitute home, are under the custody of a relative, or in a guardian family. The scholarship helps them to prepare for independent living, which is usually a big challenge for children from high-risk families.

04.10.2015On the first Sunday in October, 200 children from substitute homes and safe houses all over Estonia visited the Estonian National Opera to see a performance of the children’s ballet “Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs” and take a look at the world of theatre beyond the stage.

26.09.2015On 26 September, children from substitute homes and safe houses from all across Estonia took part in a fun day at Traffic City, in Võru County, organised by SEB Heategevusfond. They learned the basic truths of how to act in various traffic situations, went over the knowledge they already had, and had a look at the work of policemen, rescue workers and emergency medical staff, all in a fun and playful environment.
