The Christmas wish tree is made up of the dreams and wishes of children in shelters and substitute homes, sent to Santa Clause. To make sure that these do not just remain dreams, pick a gift from the Christmas tree and make a donation to the best of your ability.

First aid training for shelter workers

In March, the SEB Charity Fund worked with Tallinn EMS to organise first aid training for employees from the Narva Children’s Shelter and Lootus Children’s Welfare Centre in Sillamäe. Lectures were interspersed with seminars and practical lessons. The training included an introduction of the principles of calling help, learning to recognise conditions and situations that pose a threat to health, and to administer practical help. Attention was focussed on the specific aspects of administering aid in the event of accidents involving children.
